This workshop is an invitation to move deeper into your body and reconnect with your sensual power. Through twerk technique and sensual movement, we’ll explore how your body naturally wants to move… without shame, comparison, or pressure.

Expect grounding drills, confidence-building movement, and choreography that feels juicy, intentional, and affirming. This is a space to feel safe in your body, soften into your femininity, and celebrate yourself in community.
